Palomino basecamp 12fs windows

The windows in my pop up at night you can't see out when in the trailer but can see into the trailer from outside. I find this odd and was wondering if they have been installed backwards during manufacturing. Is this normal ? Before I call the dealer before my one year is up I thought I'd ask the question here .

Are the lights on when inside and it's dark outside?
