Palomino BaseCamp

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased (private sale) a 2015 Palomino Basecamp 10 DFG tent trailer. It's in mint condition, as original owner only used it a few times before job-relocation and had to sell the camper.

We've already camped with it several times, at serviced sites (i.e. 15 Amp power) and everything works well. However, we've noticed that when it's not connected to shore power, none of the 12V items (LED lights, FAN, etc.) work.

We've only been using power-serviced sites, so this is not a huge issue, however, it's something I'd like to resolve for when we do decide to camp at un-serviced sites.

The battery is fully charged and operates the Powered Roof Lift perfectly fine. Also, we know that none of the 120v outlets will work without shore power as this unit does not include an Inverter, but the 12v items should work off the battery..right? :-)

I haven't opened up the Converter Panel yet (my next task), but thought I'd post this note in case anyone has any suggestions on what I should be looking for (specific fuse?) or trouble-shooting steps I can work through to narrow down the root cause; OR, if anyone knows that this is NOT something that is standard on Palomino 10 DFG (i.e. LED lights, Fantastic Fan do not work off of battery when not connected to shore power).

Many thanks!
J.
