Popup model number?

Hi. I am new to the forum. New to popup camping. Although I have camped for many years always in a tent. I bought a 2003 Rockwell Premier.
How can I determine what model I have? The only ID I can find is inside the cabinet. There is no model number. It is 14' long, not counting the tong. It has a large storage across the front. And a extending window at the kitchen. But not a slide out.
When I watch you tube vids, there is a 3 sided piece that goes in place over the lifting pillars. It appears to be a failsafe to hold the thing up, should a cable fail. What is the correct name of this device, and where can I get a couple? Mine doesn't have that.
It looks to be in pretty good shape for it's age. It seems to have been left out in the sun for some time. UV rays have taken their toll. The plastic cover over the air conditioner will need replacement. I plan to re-caulk where the old caulk is getting old. At some point I intend to remodel some of the inside. It should be a fun project. I hope to get it ready to do some camping, at a minimum.
Thanks all!

Moved thread from the Welcome Mat section to the Tent Camper and Popup section since the OP's post is strictly about a popup and not an introduction post.

Pics are often more helpful than descriptions.
Have you looked on NADA RV for 2003 popup model numbers? By the way, you need look for RockWOOD, not Rockwell.

I suspect it may be a M-2405.Note the portending window without a slide out.
I would like to know for sure. It would help ordering parts, etc.
Thanks.

Contact Rockwood with the VIN which you will find permanently stamped into the steel of the trailer tongue and that "ID you found inside the cabinet." Originally was on a placard on the left front side of the trailer where the tire pressures are (were) noted.

Maybe here?

Or here: https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/
