Porta potty fold down lid

So....
Long story short...don't kneel on the toilet cabinet lid to reach for the front bunk curtain.
Me bad
Any idea where I can get a replacement? Called a few dealers on Saturday who say they can get parts for Forest River campers.....but nobody could actually define what this lid was called?

Thoughts?

What's the camper year and model?

Is that a 12" tree trunk or a 2"? Can't figure out the scale.

Looks like a piece of plywood or chipboard counter top from the photo. Available cut to size at any lumber yard. Bring the lid as a template.
