Power problem for 2011 206LTD pop-up

We just went camping and our pop-up has no power. We plugged into the campground power and nothing. We made sure there was power at our campsite, checked all of the fuses, turned the breakers on and off, made sure the power button was working where the sink unit sits on top. Nothing worked....I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding why we have no power? Thanks.

No DC power either? Meaning no lights? No fridge?
Unusual to lose both unless your battery is dead too.

Losing DC yet have AC can be a bad converter and a dead battery.
Losing AC yet having DC is usually a burned or disconnected wire in the circuit breaker panel's main (30 amp) circuit breaker. Eventually you will lose the battery and with it all power.

Partial AC loss is usually a tripped GFCI.

Thanks. The lights work, but they run off battery when there is no power. The battery is fine as I need that for the power winch to lower the roof. I am taking it in tomorrow. They feel it may be a bad inverter/converter. Hopefully it is an easy, inexpensive fix.

Well, for one, it is not an "inverter" it is a converter. An inverter takes DC and makes AC. A "converter" takes AC and makes DC. The power center has a built in CONverter.

For two, If you have NO AC "at all" it can't be the converter because it is powered by a breaker off the AC shore power buss.

For it to be the converter, you would have all AC (air and microwave for example) EXCEPT battery charging.

Since you have NO AC power (No Air Conditioner or Microwave), still going with a bad main breaker; broken wire in the shore power cable; or tripped GFCI.

I just took it in today. They couldn't tell me without looking at it. I am going with a bad breaker or shorted wire somewhere. I will let you know when the diagnosis comes back. Thanks for your reply.
