Powerwinch

I have a Powerwinch 3000 on my 2015 HW 296. I’m in process of selling but want the lift to work. It will lower but once the up button is pushed nothing happens. Where do I start to dissect this problem?

My first look would be the switch itself.

The key pieces might be the switch, the double relay board under the winch itself (take off bottom cover)

and possibly the limit switch (accessible from top cover).

I had the same problem a couple years back on my 2016, 2516G Rockwood Premier. It was a bad relay. I contacted Carefree and they replaced it at no cost. The install took a little time but once I replaced it the problem was resolved.
