Pre Season Maintenance ??

Got the camper de winterized this weekend and set upped and aired out. Aired up the tires, and cleaned up.

What type of maintenance needs to be done to the lift system on these pop ups? It has the power lift system. That was the only thing that I didn't do because I wasn't sure what to do with it. I know there is a zerk fitting in the middle by the water tank. Do I need to do anything with that on a yearly basis? This will be the first full year of ownership.

Thanks for any advice.

Thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for. Not sure if that needs to be done yearly, but don't want to cause any stress to the system if I could have done some preventive maintenance.

Yea, yearly is highly recommended...
Form owner's manual...
Crank-up LifT sysTem
To help protect your Limited Warranty,
you must perform general maintenance
and regular inspections. Failure to provide
proper service maintenance is easily
recognized, as it is reflected in the condition
of your camper.
Power-winch SyStem
Refer to your power winch owners manual for
operating and maintenance information.
inSPect and Service yearly
1. Clean and recoat lifter posts externally,
with a rust prohibitive, non-drying
lubricant.
2. Annually grease zerks on front, bottom
and top of master tube.
3. Lubricate springs annually by raising the roof to the UP position. At each segment of the telescoping post,
lubricate with 30 weight oil, taking care to inject the oil into the opening between the posts. To help avoid tent
damage, immediately remove any excess oil on the external portion of the post.

Don't forget to check all your fittings on the plumbing, lug nuts on the wheels, and change the smoke detector battery.

Does anyone know what type of axle comes on a 2015 rockwood hw276? Or how do I tell without taking the hubs off. I'm looking at lubing the bearings but don't know if I have A: Reg axle that the bearings needs to be greased the old ball in hand way. B: EZ lube zerk on the end. C:Nev r lube. Just don't know how to tell. Pups not here to look at right now.
