Propane Regulator, 2012 Rockwood 1940LTD Tent T

Seems there is no propane getting to our appliances on a 2012 Rockwood 1940LTD tent trailer. I have read about and tried "resetting" the regulator by disconnecting the hoses and waiting 60 seconds, etc... but that did not help.

I removed the regulator and tried blowing (lightly) through it but air only comes out the lower vent. Nothing out the OUT port. Stuck diaphram? Bad regulator??
If so, is the regulator a single or 2-stage regulator on these units? See pic. I have heard tent trailers only use 2-stage reg's but mine looks like a single stage...

I can only answer one of your questions, ALMOST all rv regulators are two stage. I have heard of some fifth wheels with single stage when the bottles are on opposite sides and have to crossover. Did you open the bottle very slowly, you can trigger the op valve to shutdown if you open it rapidly.

Problem fixed. Turns out it was the regulator. Some places were quoting $80-90 for some special order regulator, but found the exact same thing at Hitch House (Barrie) for 25. Easy install and propane is flowing now... very odd that the OEM regulator died after only 4 years - normal is 15 yrs.
