Rebooting electrical????

REAL new here - we purchased a Rockwood 1910 ESP and so far so good except for the radio and MAYBE WiFi?

radio was working but now all the buttons are dead with only ZONE 1 showing - can't factory reset without buttons. Is there a way to turn it completely off to reset? Maybe?

And the WiFi - how do you know it's working - the dealer said when we picked it up he uses the light on top at night to find his way back from the toilet - we see now lite light at night when the WiFi is on.

You could remove all power to the rig/radio using the battery disconnect and removing the shore power.

Battery disconnect? Is this different then like disconnecting a car battery? Our dealer never covered the electrical. Any issues with turning the power BACK on?

BTW - FIL was a survivor of the USSIndy.

most new rigs now days have a battery disconnect bumper pulls tend to put it on the frame close to the batteries I don't know about a popup but someone on the forum will know. Its used to take the batteries out of the system.

I would just pull the fuse for the radio.

Found the issue - 3rd fuse down - took it out - waited 5 seconds and put it back in. BAM - works
