Refrigerator in 2318G

Is it ok to run my fridge with the pop up down to pre-cool? I have a 2318G and didn't know if the fridge would power on shore power while down. I know some of the circuits get killed when the sink/stove is in the lowered position.

Yup, do it all the time. Just make sure the door is latched closed so it doesnt build up moisture from condensation.

I typically leave mine propped open when not in use so I can be sure its not musty/smelly when I do want to use it.

I have the same popup as you and I've done this a few times. The previous owner had flipped the 30 Amp breaker for some reason so it didn't work the first time I tried.
