Refurbishing 1991 Rockwood 2040

Just got this one and have a few projects in the works. The usual stuff on a used trailer -- what to lube etc. I'll so some searching here before asking questions.
So far: replaced roof vent, lubed crank mechanism that can be reached from crank access door, fixed dining table, etc. Working on the electrical, suspecting grounds need cleaning up. Looking for replacement for vinyl strips that seal under the bunks.

One thing I'm looking for is the plastic part that goes where the tent support and pole join:
