Riser bolt/roof issue 2514G

So on my cross country drive, as we pulled into a hotel, I noticed this hole (in picture attached). Looks like it is the bolt which holds the riser arm bracket to the inside of the roof. It has come through the roof on the back corner.

Is this going to cost me an arm and a leg? I'm prepared for a few hundred...but if it's going to cost me thousands...

It's a 2007 2514G

Thanks to anyone who can weigh in on this.
