Rockwood likely used the GoPower
Overlander or
Weekender in the 232ESP, (likely JUST the Overlander) both of which use the 30-amp dual-bank, Bluetooth PWM Solar Controller, the
GP-PWM-30-UL.
This controller DOES NOT have low temp cutoff, though it does provide overtemp protection. Owner's manuals (like
this one for the GP-PWM-30-UL) can be viewed/downloaded/printed from the GoPower website (like many of your trailer's subsystems).
If you're considering a LiFePo install and will be facing sub-freezing temps, you'll have to either have to MANUALLY disconnect the panels in low temperature situations (you did put in a manual panel disconnect switch, didn't you?), or purchase batteries that have low-temp protection built in (many of them are coming with low temp protection, including the well regarded, inexpensive "Smart" line from
Chins or the offgrid from
Ampere Time (same/related company)). Either way, you might want to consider moving LiFePo's into the conditioned cabin space for a little more flexibility.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
