Rockwood 258 HW panel separation at bottom

I didn’t have any luck searching this, may not have had the right key words but I have two spots on my pop up that the side paneling on the outside has come loose. Just wondering how to fix this properly. The picture below is from the ground looking up at the bottom where it has come loose.

I have the same issue on a 2008 HW276 that I just bought. I was thinking of using a adhesive sealant and stainless screws to fix it. On mine the staples have pulled out of the wood frame.

I was thinking about scrapping that old putty looking stuff off and then getting some liquid nails or something to glue the board back down then use some c-clamps to hold it while it dries.

I found power grab ultimate at lowes it is weather proof and remains flexible going to give it a shot when it stops raining

Use a 2x4 with your clamps to get even pressure. Re tack it along the bottom where the staples came out. Had too do this on my old palomino too.
