Roof AC

Has anyone swapped out an AC only unit for an AC/heat unit on a pop up before?

I haven't done that but I have added a heatstrip to our A/C unit for about 50 dollars. It was plug and play.

I also added the heat strip. It only takes the chill out and most times it trips the breaker.

Anyone have that issue with the breaker tripping?

I have the heat strip as well. The only breaker I ever tripped camping was on the power pole. Heat strip never caused any issues inside the camper.
