I'd take some pics.
My first 2716g door frame wasn't square and caused issues.
Also my old 2716g tent on the side of the door opposite the bunk, wasn't inserted into the bottom rail correctly. I had to loosen set screws and pull more tent over to the door.
Before pulling the tent over to the door, the door would have to be somewhat angled to get the velcro on the door.
