Slide out Kitchen Faucet on HW27KS

I have the slide out kitchen (which I love) on my HW27KS. However, the faucet is really low in the sink & makes filling pots/kettle difficult. I'm hoping to change it out & was looking at the one in the link below. Has anyone changed out theirs or can recommend a faucet that would work? It's needs to have hot & cold feature and be able to fold down. Many thanks.
