Suburban SW6P water heater

The pilot light will light but not the burner. Any suggestions?

Was it working recently? Start by checking that there is no dust/debris in the burner tube orafice. Sufficient propane in bottle. Possibly regulator is shot. Does stove burner light with strong blue flame and minimal orange Flicker?

How old of trailer is it?

Most if not all newer water heaters are electronic ignition. "No pilot light"

Is your propane tank empty?

Thanks for your ideas. I fixed a loose temperature lever, it was reverse threaded and had come loose after 5+ years of use.
