Swing down galley

Any ideas on why the swing down galley on our 2011 Rockwood 2516g has become all but impossible to lift. The first couple of times it was fairly easy, now one side starts to lift then twist and the other side just hangs up. I've oiled all the joints to no avail. Any specific problems I should be looking for.

I had that problem and found out that some of the bolts on one side were not tightened as much as they should have been.
