We were camping with full hook ups again, but the black tank reached high enough to leak between the toilet and I guess where in connects to the floor. I had water, chemicals, and #1 on my floor. I was fussed at by the wife and advised to open black tank valve daily regardless of usage. My fault for not keeping a closer eye.

A well sealed toilet shouldn't leak at the floor flange.
You better check that.
Also, emptying the black tank daily is not a good idea.
You need to allow it to get close to full for it to evacuate the waste properly so that would mean adding lots of water to the tank to be able to flush properly at the end of the day. That's a HUGE waste of water.
