Total Value RV- Good/ Bad

Hey all, I was wondering if anybody has had any dealings with Total Value RV in Elkhart, In. I am going to pick up a new pup if all goes well, and would like to hear from someone who has been there. Thanks

We bought our HW27KS there. The salesman's name was Scot. The do have few sites there that they allow their customers to use when in for service. That's good for TT & Motorhomes. Won't work so well for pups. We stayed at the campground next door for about 5 days after our purchase to see if their were any immediate issues. We had a couple-our stupidity-but they came over to the campsite to assist. They were great to deal with. We went with them because they were$4,000 cheaper than here in Jersey. Good luck with your new pup.

The same thing happened to us too. we got 1 key that only opened the small travel door. We thought that key was all we needed. After we got home and tried the key in the screen door and small compartment we found out that we needed 3 different keys. Called the dealer 2 times and they said they would send them, but they never did. so I bought a new screen door lock, and put that in. I guess I could have taken the lock to a smith. but figured that would have cost about the same as a new lock. As far as the small compartment door, that's a 751 key, so we bought a couple of them.
