TV to TT charging while off

I'm just curious... if the trailer is hooked to the tow vehicle and neither has power, what happens?

- Does TT battery charge?

- Is it like having the batteries connected in parallel, draining both?

- Does it depend on the charge level of both batteries?

- Can you jump a dead TV through the hitch connection?

So many useless questions....

Depends on the TV. Some turn the charge line off with the key. Others don't.

If i is a constant line, it does give you more baytery life at the risk of draining your TV battery. I will overnight still connected, unless I have to use the furnace.

Your TV battery should be always nearly charged

- Can you jump a dead TV through the hitch connection?
Again, if your charge line is always on, you can do a reverse charge, but the wire is too thin to jump start.

So many useless questions....
