what are these valves?
In winterizing our new camper (used but new to us this year) I noticed these valves. The manual makes no reference to them; what are they for? This is in the lines that run to the sink. Camper is a Rockwood 2514G, model year 2015.

I'm not familiar with your camper model, but it looks like the valves connect to pipes that go through the floor. If the pipes are open under the camper, it looks like they are low point drains to drain your water lines.

I think BehindBars nailed it. They look like low point drains.

Nearly all drains that are not identified are low point drains.

Those are your water system drain valves. Also called low-point drain valves. If you run pink antifreeze in your system for winter, you would want them closed. If you just use an air compressor to blow the water out of the system, as I do, you'll want them open.

Thanks all, I'm sure you're right. I found the low point drain near the fresh water tank, didn't realize there were others.

The drain near your fresh water tank is likely your fresh water tank drain.
The ones you posted a pic of drain all the water lines.

Others here have answered your question.
As this may be new to you, have you located the hot water tank bi-pass valves opposite the exterior of your unit? If winterizing, the anode rod needs to be removed from the exterior side of the water heater along with reversing the positions of the tank bi-pass valves from inside. The hot water heater is drained and no antifreeze required to winterize.

I'll also agree they are likely the low point drains... but.. I have also see valves like these that feed the washer/dryer combo or the space that houses the washer dryer option.
Just something else to consider if so equipped.

Thanks! I did that. Like everything about camper maintenance, it was a process of learning the hard way. What I now know is about a 20 minute job took good parts of a whole weekend. Required two trips to the hardware, about $30 worth of new tools, two phone conversations with the dealer, and a couple of hours searching this forum just to be able to get at the dang nut to drain the tank and then get it properly seated again.
