Yup, we adjusted the IF cans with a similar tool. the tools had to be nonferrous

P,ease see post #6 and #7, which explains what it's for. Also the OP has a popup and posted this in the Popup section of the Forum.
Popups don't have any glass.

I had the same thing in my owners manual packet on my 2016 Highwall 276. No one at the dealer or even the customer service rep that I spoke with at Forest River had any idea what it is. I’ve seen a few other posts with people with the same plastic tool. If you find out what it is let me know please.

I found out what it is by reading earlier posts in this very same thread. See posts 6, 7, 8 and possibly others.

I had the same question last week! The best response I received was that it was used to adjust the heater. So I just tossed it in my tool bag.
Edit - Adjustment tool for power lift limit switches. Funky tool!
