One suggestion that we did when we had a pop-up. I used it for hunting in cold weather, I put a 1" sheet of Styrofoam under the slideout beds and it made all the difference in the world. No more body heat lost out the bottom of the bed.

We love winter camping, too. Don't go near as much as we would like. Anyway, all great ideas. We do the reflectix in windows and gizmos on top of canvas. I also cut and taped reflectix and placed under the mattresses. It helps against heat loss when we use the heated mattresses. Furnace set at 55 and use an electric heater. I Don't use the propane heater inside. I know, ones like mr buddy and such, are supposed to be safe, and a ton of people use them, but I can't do it. I dated a girl years ago, and her brother and finance died after using a propane heater inside their tent of carbon monoxide poisoning.(no idea what heater they used). Anyway, I won't take that chance with my family.

As others have said just use some common sense, and crack the vents a bit, and you will be fine. Enjoy.
