Winterize a cassette toilet

When I got the camper new it looked like there was pink antifreeze in the flush side of the toilet. Do u just empty the water through the clear tube and run the flush button till the water stops or should I use a little antifreeze to run through it in the fill tube... Thanks

Thanks for the info, wasn't sure if antifreeze would have hurt the pump

If it's a cassette, could a person just take it out and store it inside? We store our porta potti in the basement during the winter.

The cassette you can leave in where it belongs, it's empty anyway. I was asking about the flush side of the toilet
