A New Travel Companion
Some of you members may remember this pic of our three Greyhounds. We had lost the small Fawn " Bandit " two years ago, then we lost the Brindle "Stretch " in April of this year, and then two months later in June we lost the White one " JO-JO ". After getting over the lose of all three we decided to rescue and adopt a Fourth Greyhound, pic #2 and #3. His track name is "Road Hazard" he is 65 lbs and he is a Brindle. He is a young 3 year old full of energy. He raced mybe three times. We have changed his name to "HARLEY". Harley was pulled off of the track in June and has been setting in the kennel waiting for a home. Harley left the Florida race track along with 11 other Greyhounds at 2 pm Friday and drove all the way to Fredrick Md by early Saturday morning. Harley and 3 other Greyhounds were unloaded from the hauler and then put into a minie van then transported to Hunt valley Md, Where we received him at 8:30 am. Harley now has a new home and is safe.
