Dottie the Dalmatian
Somebody threw Dottie out of the puppy mill and she wandered up in our yard. She's poorly bred and has health problems but her sweet disposition has endeared her to all of us, so she will be spending her retirement years at our house.
Because of her health problems and overall goofiness, plus the fact that riding in a vehicle truly frightens her, Dottie holds down the fort while we go camping.

treats, doggie brush, pooper scooper,
more treats, umbrella (our rottie does not like to get wet).
dog pillows, treats, adams flea mist as a second barrier for fleas and ticks when taking those long walks.
peanut was dropped of here last year and we just had to keep him, rotten and spoiled, he and dallas (rottie) are conspirers

Walkerdog, since you asked for tips, here's a couple... We put a cup hook into the wall just inside the door of our rig, we hang a hand towel on it to use to wipe down the dogs paws before they track the outdoors in.
For poop bags we usually just buy sandwich bags and keep the box at the door as well. Although for your dog a normal sandwich bag might be too small.
PJ73USAF: Good God I thought our Bichon was bad for bringing in the outdoors but that dog looks like a debris magnate! What is he? (or she)
Here is our two, Max the Bichon and Lily the killer weiner:

Sango's hobby is bird watching.
Sango pointed out to us the little sick bird in the back yard that he is looking at in the second photo. Sadly, the bird didn't make it through the next nite.

My girls! Sammy (left) is my black lab/springer spaniel mix female, and Molly is black lab/blue heeler mix. Hopefully they will be this well-behaved at the new campground we are putting our travel trailer on. They are very good girls!

Here's my buddy Socks that I found in the woods 4 years ago. Somebody dumped him near our hunting property. He loves to ride and has fairly good manners in the parks.

Meet Anya, she is on the top of the sofa. She is a long hair Chichauhau who rules the place and she is cat litter trained. Next flat out on the sofa is Harley, he Is a three year old rescued Greyhound who has been with us for a short time and he will be camping with us from here on out. Harley is our fourth Greyhound rescue and loves people....It's funny how they get along, Anya is only 3 lbs and Harley 75 lbs and he tries to play with her. They both will be campers.

The Little Rascals! Get it?
OK, so you probably have to be on the older side to get it . . . .

Here's Teisha, our 2yr old GSD rescue (i think there's some Huskey in there, too). This is her one and only trip last year b/c the one really annoying quirk she has is that she will NOT go to the bathroom if she's tied up. She actually held her pee for about 24 hours until we found a place she could go off lead. I know, kooky. We want to take her more this year so i'm really hoping she gets past that.
