Positive: 2023 Salem Hemisphere

So let me begin by telling you I’ve been in this unit for one week. There have been some bumps, but overall it is a nice rig. I did order it with the washer and dryer, they installed a name brand from Canada I am not familiar with, but it does function well. (Splendide)

Taylor from couches RV in Trenton Ohio was a very good salesman and we handled everything over the telephone. Jenn, the warranty administrator has been extremely helpful and very kind. Some of the items I did need to take care of myself right out of the gate, but I do have a local, mobile mechanic coming in from a dealer About 20 minutes away to take care of some of the other items.

Mostly they have been attention to detail issues during manufacture that I was able to correct immediately, but there are some other items that I will not address due to space constraints and time. As far as response time and Handling the warranty, so far so good. The 2023 forest river Salem hemisphere 270FKS, by far is a pretty decent rig, And extremely comfortable. I was raised on a sailboat so this was definitely an upgrade as far as space is concerned. I will keep you posted on the warranty repairs.
