Bumgarner Camping Center Lenior NC

I bought a new Rockwood A213 HW from Bumgarner Camping Center in Lenior NC last year. Sales team as in most purchases was a smooth process. I camped all summer and made a list of warranty repairs. That needed to be done once the camping season was over. Took it back in December for the warranty repairs. I started calling in late February to see if repairs were completed. To make this shorter. Finally May 19th they said repairs were completed. I went to pick the camper up. The majority of the repairs hadn't been done. The tech that had supposedly done the work. Didn't even know how to close a AFrame up. And had closed the side walls backwards. Causing a dent in the front sidewall. They said they'd contact Forest River. Which I thought was strange because their so called tech did the damage.. No call from them. So I called them. They said Forest River wouldn't do anything. I want get into the conversation after that. But I'm going to see what I can legally have done. My opinion they have the worst service department in the RV world. To me it's unbelievable to have a tech work on something. That has no idea of it's basic operations.
