I can't imagine being so unprepared that I would buy an RV my tow vehicle could not tow.
That was my first thought.

If you already have a TV my first question or thoughts would be can my truck pull this?

Sorry to see post like this. Hope it all works out in the end. I must say so far I am pleased with the 2024 model E-Pro we bought. So far no issues at all. A couple areas had wire cuttings that were not cleaned up but that was about it. I need some info and called Flagstaff direct, quick reply time. They sent me the full PDF of everything in the unit, plumbing, wiring, solar routing etc. Maybe it helps ours is a small unit so workmanship is not so easily over looked.

Our local Flagstaff dealer I never liked over the years but we tried again to purchase a 2023 model. I again had a feeling the pricing was not right and did not like the salesman's approach. So I went Internet shopping and we found a 2024 model with an extra solar panel added for $1,500 cheaper. Worked out to be about $2,000 cheaper if I added the panel to the 23 model. Downside it was 8 1/2 hours away. Called the dealer and talked to the salesmen and was install sold but this guy. No BS, talked strait cost etc. This was in Pennsylvania. I needed the jack moved to the side and we communicated this over the phone and by photos of what I needed and it was already done when we arrived. The walk though was not rushed at all. They were even super dog friendly was we had our dogs with us. They ran everything like heat, AC etc. Only thing we did not test was the griddle. They hooked up the WD hitch and showed us the measurements. They let us watch that being done also. They were super nice and service was great. The price was all the same as discussed also.

Again sorry for this happening but not all Forest River and dealers are bad.

I agree with Kris, always good to know who and where a good dealer is, we had great service from Stoltzfus RV in Adamstown Pa with our Cedar Creek, DO NOT go to the Stoltzfus in West Chester which now is owned by Genral RV, now to be honest when they were Stoltzfus we had issues now being General maybe they could be better. One can hope.

Here's one. Best Choice RV in Irwin PA. Will negotiate and match/beat Indiana pricing, and the service dept is outstanding.

Holy smokes, Best Choice is far. over 4.5 hour drive each way. With references like that though, sounds like it could be worth the drive! Note made, thanks guys.

Ha Ha, it was 8.5 hrs for us. However it was one of the bet buying experiences we have had with any dealer. We made a little trip out of it. The dogs loved it. I would not go there just for a small repair but if something major was needed I would plan on driving back. I can do most things myself which is helpful in a camper or a Jeep for that matter.
