Freedom RV Tucson AZ Service Dept.
Took our 2020 Sportcoach to Freedom RV for warranty work as well as to modify and fix a few other thing. Two of the major things were body damage. Amazing how much damage a traffic cone can do at 60 mph.
All the repairs were done well. They kept us informed as to the progress and because we are full time they expedited everything as much as they could.
All the warranty issues were dealt with without any issues.
Moni Sanchez, the Service Advisor, is who we dealt with and was outstanding.
We would take our coach back to that facility without a doubt.
And they were not our selling dealer (who we would never go back to) and they treated us great.
