Positive: I94RV, Russell Rd, Illinois great service experiences

2006 Sunseeker 2860ds. Bought from dealer out of their rental fleet in 2007.

When ever I have an issue I94RV has the service expertise or parts or advice I need.

In March 2020 I brought my MH in to fix the electric steps, which wouldn't come out. The steps were completely refurbished needing a controller and motor.

The steps worked fine then on May 29 2020 as I was getting ready for a drive the steps wouldn't retract. No clicking, no motor noises nothing.

I reached out to the service director, Ken R., and he asked if I could drop it off that weekend, and he said he would look at it the very next week.

Monday comes and 11 am he calls to say it's fixed, no charge. Kind of expected no charge but you never know it could have been something else they didnt replace.

Anyway, I just think it's great to be providing such quick and courteous service. Glad I94RV is my dealer.
