Positive: Keystone RV Center under new ownership

FROG Bob called to let me know that Keystone RV Center in Greencastle Pa has been sold to Pete's RV who also bought the Gayle Kline dealership in Mountville Pa. Eric from Keystone has been a great supporter of FROG with a donation every year to The Brass Ring Rally and also offered space at the Hershey RV Show for a FROG Booth.

I do know there were quite a few folks here that have purchased from there and have been very pleased. So, I myself offer them continued good luck as they transition to new leadership.

We had a very nice experience buying our first TT from them…spent the better part of a day getting sorted out and several of the staff came to help, say hello, and offer friendly advice. I hope the new ownership builds on that! Best of luck, see you in Hershey next year.

I could have had a good experience. Except my salesman lied to my face and said absolutely no fees, just the unit + tax and tags. When it was time to pick up our unit they wanted an extra $1,700 delivery fee.

We argued round and round and some manager reduced the fee in half because two units were delivered together on the same trailer.

So I've had a sour taste since then. We are in the market this year for an upgrade and initially discounted them because of our past experience. But if they are under new ownership, then maybe we'll see what they have to offer.
