Purchased a 2014 Surveyor 192T from Kingston RV just a short time ago. They were fantastic to deal with from start to finish.
My wife and I had been stopping by a few times last summer when we were just toying with the idea of getting a trailer and told them as much. They still took the time to talk with us and show us different trailers knowing we would not be buying at that time.
This season we again stopped in a few times with the thought that we would get one at the start of next season. Once again, Christine took us through options and explained things she had already explained last year to us with no signs of being annoyed at our lack of commitment to buying this season. Then we found the trailer we wanted and ended up getting it this year after all.
Christine showed us right away a small cosmetic problem which will be fixed during the off season. I have a strong feeling other dealers may have ignored that and hoped we wouldn't notice as well. I like that she mentioned it before we even walked out to the trailer. To me it shows she isn't going to try and hide anything from us.
We took the trailer out for our first weekend shakedown and had only a couple minor issues (other than a small drip under the kitchen sink which we found right away and put a small container under it, so no damage). Took it back to them last week so they could look at those issues, and it is ready to be picked up with all fixed. The folks in the service department listen quite well to what you are saying about the problems, and I tend to ramble on
So far so good and I would recommend Kingston RV to people.
