Lakeshore RV Michigan

So the unit I am looking at at 2 places is priced very different. 23 DBH grey wolf. My local dealer is 17189 and lakeshore is 15770 and have 3 or 4 of them. My local dealer said they charge prep fees and other stuff. Anyone have any experience on this with them? Too good to be true? Both units are exactly the same. Lakeshore is 43% of msrp and my local dealer is 37%.

Ask them for a full price out the door quote from both. That will tell you the truth. My experience with them was that they gave me the full price so I could shop and compare

I bought 2 New Outbacks from Lakeshore RV in Muskegon,Mi. The Price they Quote you on Phone and or their Email is THE price. That includes propane, and one battery. there was no additional prep fees or document fees, I did pay cash. they will give you a very through PDI and answer all of your questions. they have 4 elect and water rv sites you can use for a couple of days to test and check everything before leaving. Mu first rv was sitting hooked up in one of those sites when I arrived. Service after sale I can't help as I live in Arkansas and never had a warranty issue with either rv. they checked them over very though before delivery. again the price they quote is your price. good luck with your purchase

get a written quote from lake shore then go to your local dealer. I'm sure they will beat it if they want to sell a camper. That way you are buying local and closer to home if you need service

Lakeshore RV is one of our local dealers and they sell on average 30 rv's a day all over the world. So with that type of volume they can usually sell a little less than competitors. A friend of mine is a salesman there and the price you get quoted is the out the door price. I would definitely be hammering your local dealer to either match or be no more than a few hundred off of Lakeshores price.

Check out All Seasons RV also in Muskegon. Being so close to Lakeshore RV they usually will deal on similar model/floor plans to compete.

Just and FYI Lakeshore RV is owned by Terrytown now, which also owns ALL SEASONS rv in muskegon. However they don't advertise it. I found that out as I was price shopping. lakeshore was advertising beat the show rv pricing and call with your model number, I went ahead and called and he beat their own price on same model, same exact camper. I didn't mean to put person to person in the same dealership francise. But just wanted to let you know they are all connected. That being said we loved working with Dominique from all seasons as John from lakeshore handed us over to her as he is the online sales person from lakeshore. We ended up not ordering but got a spec one that was to go to the show but got it before it went. Yes the competed against fun n sun for price and just edged them out , but it had a few more options that we wanted on the one we got.

We ended up getting the Rockwood 2906ws from All Seasons. Fun n Sun was very competitive on price but it was a 10 week wait.

We purchased a 5th wheel from All Seasons in Muskegon...the transaction was smooth and flawless. My only caution would be is that they push the "protective coating" and Scothguard thing real hard. PDI guy started talking about it just a few minutes into the PDI and never let up. Waste of your hard earned money in my opinion.
