We have to give them a thumbs Up.
The issue was the big foot controller turning on and off every time the furnace cycled. Yes they had the rig for two and half months which I thought was unduly a long time. The fault was a hairline crack in the furnace ignitor. Now you might think that is simple to find, but after talking to the service manager and reading the notes it was not. Also the communication with Travis from Forrest River and the dealer was excellent. They replaced just about every control board, wiring harness etc. to diagnose the issue.
Interesting that others have the same issue. If it is under warranty then they can fix it. To confirm it is the same issue unplug the ignighter wire. Then see if the big foot control panel lights up. The big foot system is self leveling jacks.
That I am afraid I don't know . But as you said you had this issue from day one. Was your unit new ? I would say it is one of the electrical leads going to the furnace . Sorry friend not looked myself. Your local dealer might help
Indeed new. 2015. Somewhere I saw a thread with several people having this issue. Thanks for a clue as to what to look for. You are the first I have seen to get the problem fixed.
