Meyers/Schreck Apollo PA

Purchased 2020 Sunseeker 3010DS new at the end of this October. The day we picked it up I noticed that the folding table that comes with this model and is located in the right rear storage compartment was missing. Sales Manager said he called Forest River and ordered one for us. I told him to just have it shipped to my home to save a hour and a half drive one way. No problem. After we received a letter from the DOT that the registration transfer from our trade wasn’t submitted correctly that was done at the dealer I contacted them about that and asked about the table because we still didn’t get it. Lady on the phone said just mail the DOT form to them and she would check on the table and call me back. No return call. So after another week or so I called the dealer again because the DOT sent me a registration for the RV we traded in and not our new unit. I emailed a picture of the old registration to Amy our salesperson and also asked about the table. Nothing..no return call no table but did finally get a valid DOT registration. Frustrated I called Forest River and left a voicemail message about the table. Within a day I got a call and Doug said for me me buy a table of my choice not to exceed a certain amount and email the receipt and Forest River will send me a check to reimburse. Morale of the story Meyers/Schreck only knows you when your buying and gets a F- BUT so far Forest River gets AAA+ for customer service! Maybe a little thing but it’s the little things that gets return customers!

So out of the blue I got a call from Donna at Myers/Schrek that the table that was missing in our Sunseeker 4 months ago was at the dealership. Today I made the trip and picked it up at their location. So because someone either seen my original review or maybe just took that long I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and change my rating from neutral to positive with a B+.

And now I’m waiting for repairs to the competent in our unit and the power shedding system. Joke if you don’t dog their ass!
