I recently purchased a new Riverstone from these guys. It sat at their lot for a month after we made the deal and upon arrival to pick it up, it still was not ready. I drove from AL to MI to pick it up! They sent me a video (that didnt really cover much), and opened the doors and said have a look around. They wouldnt go over the unit with me, said thats what the cideo was for. The cameras didnt work, some drawers didnt soft close and a month later, I am finding many ithers issues to address. My list is up to 22 items by now. I have fixed most of them myself. The dealership was only interested in the $1999 they tried to add to the purchase price, and up-selling, especially the warranty! What happened to customer satisfaction and caring about it?
