WE just had a great experience at Nelson RV in Boise, ID. We did not buy our R-POD 195 there, but they were closest to us (250 miles round trip) for warranty work. I called and was routed to Jason Craig who scheduled us in. He met us when we arrived, explained that they would have a technician look at the unit. He showed me how to fix a couple small items, then sent us on our way locally. A couple hours later, he called to advise the status of their work, then called again to tell us when we could pick up the TT. This was done in a matter of five hours one day. The work was completed, or in a minor circumstance a part was ordered and will be provided to me to make repairs. This service was over the top by the team at Nelson RV in Boise, ID.
