RV Service

I had a dent in the water bay door. I was at a gas station and as I was maneuvering toward the pump there was a guy backing his pickup towards me. I turned left hard to avoid the collision when the post on the pump island jumped out and hit the door. That’s my story, etc. An irrational trucker that didn’t think I should be parked at a truck stop ran his knife down the entire length of the wardrobe slide at the very bottom. He gouged it pretty good.
I had replaced the door but couldn’t find a paint shop to paint it. The slide I just figured was a lost cause because of the complex paint job that these things come with.
Well I’m here to tell you I found the right place with the right people. That place is Affordable RV in King George, Virginia. 540-775-2495. The people are Wade who runs the place, Jeremy who does all RV things well, and DJ who is an extraordinarily talented paint man. King George is on route 301 otherwise known as the James Madison Highway just West of the Governor Harry Nice bridge that crosses the Potomac river.
While the coach was there I had them replace the aft A/C unit. The compressor failed just out of warranty.
The bad memories of the incidents that damaged the coach have been erased. The paint job was perfection. The color match perfect. The detail is extraordinary. The A/C is back to normal and even the front A/C is functioning better after some adjustments to the flow were accomplished.
I wholeheartedly recommend this shop and will continue to work with them in the future as the inevitable problems arise.

Great story, but maybe it should be posted in Dealer Reviews forum instead of under Berkshire…..unless they only work on diesel pushers?

Any moderators out there?

Just trying to share some good news with fellow BERKSHIRE owners about good service from people who care about quality.
Here’s your link. https://www.forestriverforums.com/forums/f15/

So sorry. I’ll be more careful what and where I post in the future…
And they’re not a dealer. They’re a repair shop.

Don’t apologize you did nothing wrong it’s helpful information for people in the area. Nobody is forced to read or respond to any thread.
