I also was happy with Keystone RV although I did not purchase there.

I purchased from Chesaco, however they were very disappointing with service, particularly the Frederick location.

Stoltzfus is inconsistent in diagnosis and repairs. They have a culture of not responding to voice mail.

My last two visits they drove my RV through mud puddles, big deep mud puddles. Had mud inside and outside.

Last visit besides miss diagnosis someone had explosive poop problem in my RV. Didn’t clean up.

Since moving to Eastern Shore of Maryland I have been satisfied with BOE RV and Marine in Stevensville. Across the bay from Annapolis. I have not been to nearby Annapolis RV yet but lady in service was helpful and returns phone calls.

There is also a mobile tech listed on Google in Chester, MD. All three are on Kent Island.

I used Keystone in PA & was overall pleased with the warrantee repairs. I had cooperate find a place after buying in GA & getting grief from MD dealers. Just make sure if they miss their estimated dead line and keep it through the winter that they winterize on their dime. Seems funny Forest River can build a rig in 4 months but it takes 8-12 to fix them.
