Shout Out & Big Thanks to Way Interglobal

Hats off to Jasmine T. & staff at Way Interglobal!

We purchased a new 2019 Sandpiper 379FLOK out of state (a long way out of state); absolutely love the rig, but when we got it home, realized the mini fridge in the outside kitchen wasn't working (power, but no compression or cooling).

Tried to troubleshoot to no avail, and understanding the current COVID RV boom, were considering giving in to the possibility of having to interrupt the schedule and have it sit miles away and wait to be serviced; and even then, we know that the demand for components is affecting the entire industry.

So, tried Way Interglobal to explore what our warranty options are, and also to see if someone could assist in troubleshooting. The next day, Jasmine emailed asking for the VIN and a good shipping address. And the next day (today) they shipped out a replacement.

Now that is what I call going out of the way to deliver exceptional customer service!

Incidentally, Jasmine may not remember, but she also helped us earlier this year in locating a small retainer clip for the under hood vent filter in our Coachman Legacy 303RKP.
