This makes no sense to me. You own/work at a tire store, but yet state in other posts where you ordered tires and had them mounted at other tire shops.....as well as stated tires were yours, then a customers.

He is politely declining the offer and going with some sailun 637 as they have been a reliable choice and are not mace in china.
To sum it up simple tire is a great place to buy tires from as they have low prices and value their customers.

From my research these tires are made in china by pegasus rubber, the same company that makes gladiator and advanta tires. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I contacted the seller of the tire and they offered to replace it, but instead I asked for a credit towards my sailiun s637 which I have had zero issues with.

And you also state you are trying to file a warranty claim for a customer but just stated it was your trailer earlier

I am trying to send in a warranty claim for the tires saying they were defective and unsafe to use. When removed, it was noticed that the other three were starting to show separation in the tread and one had a bulge as if the belts broke. All were 2522 date so one year old and pressure at 95 as stated on the tire.
We're ordering some sailun s637 as the good year endurance is only a 10 ply in a 235/85r16. And it looks like the 614 is being discontinued.
I've never had such trouble with warranty claims as with API.

I just don't understand if you run a tire store, why you would be buying tires off ebay nor asking questions that a tire store owner would know, as well as getting tires mounted elsewhere. I didn't even copy over the posts where you stated you bought a Sailun spare tire. It just isn't making sense.
Can you please expound? Thanks
