We found the front 1/4 of our Wind Jammer roof membrane had come loose from the deck during a trip in July. It ballooned up when being towed down the road looking like the top on an old convertible. I was not sure what to do about this with it out of warranty, I received a suggestion by another forum member (sorry I forget whom) to try Texas RV Guys in north Fort Worth. Joshua Baker and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in diagnosing the issue. Joshua has been in the RV sales/repair business for 20+ years starting with his Dad's businesses. They looked at the roof as soon as I pulled up; a local dealership said it would have to be left and two weeks before someone could even look at the issue.
Texas RV Guys determined that there was no water damage, nor torn areas that would have let the membrane gather air or damage the glue. They worked with my insurance to prove wind damage and get it covered. I picked up the trailer yesterday.
Could NOT be happier with the results, the quality of workmanship, the attention to detail, fair pricing, and the customer service they provide are top notch. If you are in need of repairs to your RV of any type, please check with Texas RV Guys. They can do warranty work for many manufacturers and certainly have less waiting time than the larger dealers. I have recommended them to all our friends with RVs and will use them again if the need arises.
