Exclamation Tradewinds RV Center Clio Michigan

The awning on our No Boundaries collapsed early last summer (Thule). I called the dealer but service communication was poor. Finally someone told me that I had to contact Forest River and arrange repair (it was under warranty). More about this later but it was pretty much impossible. The dealership even gave me their phone number but to no avail. Then out of the blue today the dealership called to tell me they will be getting a replacement awning and will attach it per warranty. BUT I had to pull it 80 miles to their shop, unable to close it properly. I TOLD them from the beginning I had to do it locally but they DO NOT have a any sort of case coordinator. It is whomever you happen to reach on a given day.

UPSHOT: their service is horrible and has mucked up everything. Avoid.
