Positive: Walnut Ridge Family RV, New Salem Indiana

I was working in Kentucky so a friend of mine that I work with had purchased 2 trailers from Walnut Ridge Family RV in New Salem Indiana in the past and was happy enough with them to refer me to them! My first ever RV purchase - the salesman John Hancock went above and beyond, they had my 5th wheel powered up, slide and awning out and went over every component on the unit (I wish I had video'd so I could remember) they hooked my tow vehicle up and showed me how to operate the towing system in my Ram and told me to drive to a large parking lot to practice driving and backing since I had never pulled a 5th wheel (or travel trailer) before! That was on 09.05.2020 and I have emailed John Hancock on numerous occasions and ALWAYS get an answer from him immediately - if he doesn't know the answer he finds it for me!!

I hope I don't regret buying in Indiana since I live in Texas!!

Aren't they in New Castle? I bought my first trailer there.

Yes - I stand corrected - I am not from around here - It is New Castle!!!

We've bought both of our TT's from John at Walnut Ridge in New Castle and we've never had anything but positive experiences with him, the TT's we've bought and any warranty work we've had done in their service department...obviously, being from TX I doubt you'll use their service dept. though ;-)

My last 5r was purchased new at that dealership, I was 2nd owner and bought directly from the original purchaser. I used the Walnut Ridge service department and browsed their new rv lot. They did not carry the brand and model I have wanted for years, so I went out of state and bought my Fuzion 369. I've had several warranty items fixed with the new, at Walnut Ridge. No complaints from me. The sales staff were super, trying to find me what I wanted, and although I bought somewhere else, they treat me like family. The service department is top notch.
