Wharton/Houston Funtown

Wharton Funtown has had my RV since first of January for a Dinet panel peeling off and replacing and the Front Stablizer switch that went bad while camping. we are now in March and after numerous calls and no call backs i drove there 3/6/21. They said the parts are in and it would be ready on Monday. I did not get a call so i called Tuesday and the Service person said yes the parts are in they dont know where they are to fix my RV. I know Warranty work they dont make anything but please why would i buy from Funtown again with service like this. just frustrated....

NOT so Funtown

My wife and I purchased a wildwood 28 dbud from funtown in 2015. We needed work done on it and took the RV to one of their dealerships in waco. 3 months later I get a call to come and get it - nothing was repaired. I had to ultimately fix the issues myself.

Sorry. Unfortunately, many people have this problem with dealerships. We've all gotten a bit handier with the help of friends or youtube.
