2021 Puma 16QBX

Curious why Palomino Puma 16QBX is designed with only one exterior access door, on passenger side, to the compartment under the bed.

We just purchased a 2021 and had to add a slide in tray so that we could reach storage on the driver's side! It seems a little odd and expensive for the consumer!

welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. could be cost of Mfg process to add another door. I would think you could have added a door much cheaper then a cargo slide. JMHO

Hi SeaDog, I've been on the forum for some time, just haven't be active, thx for the welcome.

The cost of the tray was less than a new door and time was a factor as well, my only hesitation was that the tray does not go the full width of the compartment, only 80%. I didn't want to wait for the door to be ordered and arrive here, could have been months. It just seemed odd to me that something that has been so common in past TT, is now extra!
