Bad Calibration Error

Today we began seeing an *ERROR* BAD CALIBRATION message and warning tone on the LCI control panel for our 6 way jacks.

According to the manual I am supposed to acknowledge the alarm and reset the zero; however, I can't do this.

Every time I push enter the error comes back immediately. I can't turn the unit off/on, access the menu, and I can't manually raise or lower the jacks.

Thoughts? I'm calling the dealer in an hour or so, but I'd like to hear for you all soonest.

BTW,

On the advice of the folks at LCI we removed the control panel and the problem persisted. So too with a fully charged battery. Unfortunately we've (I've) been unable to further troubleshoot this due to time constraints. At least with the control module disconnected the beeping has stopped!
